Meeting Opened at 19:02 w/Pledge by President Paul Krahmer

Introductions of club offices, members, and visitors were made.

Committee Reports

• Secretary Report:  Minutes are posted on the club website
• VE Team: Testing Season: 3 candidates 2 new Techs
• EMCOM/Public Service: Winlink training in progress at Pinellas County ACS/ARES
• Repeater/Tech: no commitee activity. status of repeaters given, Tarpon Springs is the only repeater in operation
• Treasurer Report:  Treasurer report was provided and approved, current balance $5851.90
• Review of club officer transition tasks
• Discussion of SunBiz and bank listed officers

New Business:

• Discussion of upcoming events
• Winter Field Day presentation by Tom NY4I
• 50/50 Drawing
