Membership Information
The Clearwater Amateur Radio Society dues have been kept as low as possible to make it affordable for as many people as possible to belong to the club.

To apply or renew your membership please click this link.  Membership dues can be processed online thru Paypal, brought to a meeting, or mailed to this address:

CARS
PO Box 4824
Clearwater, FL 33758

Dues run from January 1 to December 31.

CARS has no fancy membership requirements. We try to avoid "red tape" as much as possible.

If you use the club repeaters on a regular basis, please consider joining the Clearwater Amateur Radio Society. The membership dues pay for the equipment and insurance.

  • Individual memberships (available only to amateur radio operators) are $25 a year.
  • Associate memberships (available to non-amateurs, no voting rights) are $20 a year.
  • Family Memberships (from one household) are $30 a year.
  • Contact the CARS Board of Directors for information on lifetime memberships.

For more information about CARS membership, please email membership@carshamradio.org
